SteelcoBelimed has created a comprehensive range of steam sterilizers that cater to the requirements of both small and large laboratory departments. The VS L Small Capacity Range offers up to eight standard chamber sizes with a capacity ranging from 110 to 745 litres. These sterilizers come equipped with pressure vessel and relief valves that comply with PED and/or ASME regulations or the relevant directives of the destination country.
The VS L sterilizers are designed to be energy-efficient and water-efficient, providing users with the lowest operating costs per load. The advanced Eco Options provide unparalleled efficiency levels, reducing water consumption to almost zero, depending on the model and options chosen.
All SteelcoBelimed VS L steam sterilizers are made of high-quality AISI 316L stainless steel pressure vessels. These sterilizers are available in single or double door versions, manually or automatically operated, and with swing or vertical sliding doors. The industrial-grade PLC digital controllers come with user-friendly color touch screen HMI, making it easy to use and program.
There are 8 different models available. All of which come in both single and double door versions, except for the VS 161626 L model, which is only available in a single door version. Additionally, custom sizes are also available upon request.
Versatile sterilization Process
The SteelcoBelimed VS laboratory steam sterilizers are versatile and designed to sterilize
- various items including liquids in open or loosely closed containers using the pre-vacuum process,
- solid and porous goods using either the pre-vacuum process or pulsed vacuum process with subsequent drying, and
- infectious goods with effluent decontamination options available.
Custom-made racks and trolleys can be provided, or sliding shelf supports can be installed on each side of the sterilizer chamber walls.
