SteelcoBelimed has created a comprehensive range of high-capacity steam sterilizers that cater to the needs of facilities of all sizes, from small to large laboratory departments. The VS L Medium Capacity Range offers up to three standard chamber sizes, with a volume ranging from 600 to 1,344 litres. These sterilizers are equipped with pressure vessel and relief valves that comply with PED and/or ASME regulations or the relevant directives of the destination country.
The VS L sterilizers are designed to be energy and water-efficient, providing users with the lowest operating costs per load. The advanced Eco Options deliver unparalleled efficiency levels, reducing water consumption to nearly zero, depending on the model and options chosen.
All SteelcoBelimed VS L steam sterilizers are made of high-quality AISI 316L stainless steel pressure vessels. These sterilizers come in both single and double door versions, with either manual or automatic operation, and with swing or vertical sliding doors. The industrial-grade PLC digital controllers feature a user-friendly color touch screen HMI, making it easy to use and program.

Versatile sterilization Process
SteelcoBelimed’s VS laboratory steam sterilisers are intended to sterilize
- Liquids in open or loosely closed containers in the pre-vacuum process
- Solid and porous goods acccording to the pre-vacuum process or pulsed vacuum process with subsequent drying
- Infectious goods – effluent decontamination options suggested
We also offer custom-made racks and trolleys to facilitate the sterilization process. Alternatively, sliding shelf supports can be mounted on each side of the sterilizer chamber walls.
