The SteelcoBelimed LC PH Series presents pharmaceutical grade washers, a lineup of cabinet washers meticulously designed for applications requiring thorough washing and drying of large volumes of items or bulky components. Chamber capacities range from 4,250 to 10,500 liters (150 to 370 cubic feet), and custom dimensions are available upon request.
Available in single door or double door pass-through versions, the latter offering an effective barrier system between zones to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination. Similar to the DS Series, various layout configurations are offered: floor-mounted or pit-mounted (for direct floor loading), with automatic horizontal sliding doors or hinged doors, available in full glass or stainless steel.
The chamber floor, featuring easily removable floor grating, ensures operator safety during use. Top and lateral oscillating washing arms ensure impeccable washing and drying results.
Inline heating elements, located in the hydraulic circuit, comply with pharmaceutical industry standards, ensuring sanitary conditions and freedom from dead-legs. Fabricated from AISI 316L (1.4404) stainless steel and electro-polished, they can be connected to plant steam in the Steam heat exchanger version or directly to plant power in the Electrical heat exchanger version.
