This washer is engineered to automatically clean its chamber and piping at every stage of operation, effectively minimizing the risk of cross-contamination. Configuration options include either a single-door setup or a pass-through double-door model with a hinged, full-glass door. The placement of the technical area can be customized to the right or left side depending on spatial requirements. The heating components, essential for GMP compliance, are made from electro-polished AISI 316L (1.4404) stainless steel, ensuring sanitary conditions and preventing dead legs. These components can be adapted to utilize plant steam via a Steam heat exchanger or can be electrically powered through an Electrical heat exchanger.
During the drying phase, internal and external surfaces of loaded items are thoroughly dried. This is achieved through adjustable temperature controls in the electrical heating elements. A HEPA filter strategically positioned at the end of the drying path ensures high-purity air enters the chamber and rack.
The DS Optima PH is constructed, validated and documented to align with the most current global
standards and practices, supporting adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
