The ET Inspira, designed and built by eyetec, is a booth created to simplify the process, making it more comfortable while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Equipped with a vertically adjustable black-and-white inspection panel and durable LED illumination, it creates optimal and consistent conditions for particle detection.
Smart light control with calibration and traceability
The ET Inspira is equipped with a non-flickering LED light source, managed through a touch-screen interface. Operators can switch between predefined LOW and HIGH light intensities.
The built-in calibration functionality allows light intensity to be precisely adjusted using PWM control, with values logged to the SD card for full traceability. This ensures consistent performance over time and supports compliance during audits.
Ergonomic and operator-friendly
The vertically adjustable inspection panel makes it easy to set the inspection zone at the right ergonomic height, improving operator comfort while maintaining compliance with inspection standards. Enclosed side walls minimize distractions and prevent lateral light ingress, keeping the operator’s focus sharp.
