This includes packaged single-use materials, drug delivery devices, laboratory glassware, stainless steel instruments, machine parts, small containers, electronic devices, and various laboratory materials compatible with VH2O2.
Available in single or double door versions, the SteelcoBelimed’s DHP series features stainless steel hinged doors with glass windows for visibility. Double inflatable gaskets ensure perfect tightness for safety. The series boasts flexibility and versatility with multiple models and chamber capacities ranging from 436 to 7,875 liters (15 to 278 cubic feet).
The vaporization process of liquid hydrogen peroxide is seamlessly integrated into the main equipment through an onboard generator located in the technical area. A ventilation system guarantees uniform distribution of VH2O2 in the chamber and on the load, ensuring a swift aeration phase and increased throughput. Following this low-temperature treatment, decontamination achieves Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) values up to 10−6.
